Meal Prep Calendar is an Android meal board. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack sit on each day. Prep tasks hang on those meals. The shop list follows the uncooked slots. Version 1.0.0 keeps the board on this phone. BERsjkfK INC publishes this product page, the privacy policy, and app support.

What the board is
You place a dish on a day and a slot. Empty slots stay blank until a dish is dropped in. A meal can carry prep tasks such as marinate, portion, or cook rice. Today only shows what is due. Ingredients stay on this phone, grouped by aisle. Checking an item does not change the meal. The app does not verify that a meal was cooked or that a list was bought.
Servings and ingredients are your notes. Do not use the app for medical or dietary treatment.
How a week is plated
- Open the week. Each day holds breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an optional snack.
- Add a meal by naming the dish, choosing the day and slot, and setting servings. A dish can also be picked from the dishes you already saved.
- Move a meal to another slot, or copy a finished week onto a later week. Prep tasks are not copied. Shop lines rebuild from the new meals. A copy writes only into empty slots, so a lunch already on the board stays put.
- Mark a dinner plated when you have cooked it. Shop lines for that meal stay until you check them.
Dishes, prep, and shop
- Dishes — A saved dish keeps a name, a slot, minutes, default servings, a note, and an optional photo. A dish works with a name and no picture. Deleting a dish leaves an unnamed slot on the current week. Past weeks stay in history.
- Prep — Tasks for the open week, in the order you cook. Completing a task does not plate the meal. Skipping leaves the task open until you prep or remove the meal.
- Shop — Lines come from this week’s uncooked meals, or from an item you add. Aisles are Produce, Protein, Grains, Dairy, and Other. You can show one aisle, search the board on this phone, or filter by slot.
Templates, history, and stats
Week shapes stored on this phone can fill empty slots. Applying a template does not overwrite a meal already on the board. Closed weeks land in history and can be copied forward. Stats on the device show meals on the board, Monday through Sunday. Pale bars mark days with an open dinner.
Reminders and appearance
Tuesday still shows when you open the app. A reminder stays off until you turn it on, and only for an open prep task. You can decline notification permission and keep the week, shop list, and dishes. Appearance can be Indigo paper or Night service. Both stay on the device.
Backup, export, and clearing
Backup writes a JSON file you choose in the system picker: weeks, dishes, prep, and the shop list. The app names that file meal-prep-calendar-backup.json. Export can write a CSV of one week to a folder you pick. Nothing is uploaded. If you cancel the picker, or storage refuses the file, the board on the phone stays as it was.
Clear all data deletes weeks, dishes, prep tasks, and the shop list from this phone. Files you already wrote to a folder you chose are not deleted. If you clear the board or uninstall without a backup, those records cannot be recovered from BERsjkfK INC.
